Holy Light: 1 Second Casting time, Holy Damage, Spammable, get this to Lvl 10 ASAP.
Turn Undead: Chance to instantly kill Undead enemy, if not killed, DMG is done based on your INT. Keep this at Lvl 5 to get Magnus Exorcismus (ME).
Magnus Exorcismus. : Your main DMG burst skill. At Lvl 10, its DMG multiplier goes up to 1000%. Max this as soon as you have enough skill points after adding your other skills.
Magnus Strategy
– Duo party tactic: Duo with someone who can tag enemies to lure them into the field of Magnus
– Solo tactic: Lure (by running around) > gather them to 1 place > Play Dead (Adventurer Skill) > Cast Magnus. Its that simple.
Why do this? Magnus has a 9 second cast time.

Judex Build
Its a Judex build built around one-shotting Zipper Bears. Only problem with it is that there is a slight delay in casting Judex. But this build will make you mobile, a sub-support and quite the powerhouse if done right. I suggest only resetting your points when you can max out Judex to 20.

Hey. Im building my ME high priest based on your post. Level 76 ATM. Which skill should i max out for high priest? I already have judex at 1, Suff at 3, Safety Wall at 7.
And should i stay in the dokebi farm?

Yes stay at Dokebi until 84/85 but you can try Injustice at Glast Heim. If you can’t take the heat, move back. đŸ™‚ As for your skills, add Angelus after this to 5 then Assumptio to 5 for more defence. However if you’re going MVPs with your friends or guild be it MVP hunting or Valhalla, then I suggest you add 3 into Lex Divina to silence boss monsters. Hope this helps!

When you get to High Priest, you should use a Skill Reset to reset your skills to add into Kyrie Eleison which is super important at higher level monsters and MVPs. I did that. My main normal mob attack skill now is Judex. I have 0 on Holy Light. Hope this helps!

Hello there, thanks for the guide, I’m level 75 high priest using ur TU/ME build, is it better to hunt at payon cave f2 or glast heim churchyard? Or maybe you have any other suggestion?

I’m trying to figure this out too. Stay at Dokaebi until 80. Then, I suggest you go to GH Churchyard with a Marduk card to avoid Silence that can be cast from Wraiths unless you auto Kyrie Eleison which can withstand Wraiths attacks before you can finish it off. Another place you can try is Orc Dungeon (Zombie Orc + Orc Skeletons) with Kyrie Eleison switched on. This is so that when Hunter Fly attacks you, you can withstand its attacks before it teleports away automatically.

Do you have a recommendation for the equips for TU builds?
Currently i’m Not sure what is good for them. What I gathered so far is the below which i’m Not even sure is for TU high priests and pretty costly as well.
Offhand: orlean’s server
Armor: holy robe
Cape: staunch cape
Boots: staunch boots
Accessories: orlean’s glove (to get the set effect with orlean’s server) + dullan eye or flame ring, there was one which suggested eternity ring which I have not seen before…
Ears: elven ears
Head, mouth, bag n tail nothing yet.
Cards nothing as yet.
Would be good if there is a guide for equips and cards. Please do advice if there is any. Thank you.

I’ll be making one pretty soon. Do stay tuned. As for your equips, its already pretty solid. Perhaps consume some food from Cooking that can increase DEX. I have some personal calculations and 20 DEX = 1 second. 99 DEX = 5 seconds. Perhaps leveling up will help with cast times and view short ME cast time as end game and not mid-game.

Hi there. Perhaps an Orlean’s Server & Orlean’s Glove will help. It reduces CT by 20%. You will also need a lot of DEX. Perhaps food buffs from Cooking can help you with this.
You should make a Merchant. Level it to Blacksmith Job 30 or Whitesmith Job 10 and switch from Battlesmith to MoneyMakersmith.

Well, here is what I’m trying to build for my BP (Magical)
Weapon: Nemesis [reduces CT of TU & ME]
Armor: Mithril Robe [interrupt resist]
Accessory: Orlean’s Glove
Off hand: Orlean’s Server [combo reduces CT]
I’m going for a reduction in Cast Time build. Not sure if this is viable as I might change in the future. I’ve only got my Holy Stick to level 3. Its taking me such a long time! Good luck to you. Lmk if you find a better combination of equipment! đŸ™‚

The Auto skills I currently use are:
1. Heal
2. Kyrie Eleison (I hardly die)
3. Magnificat (SP regeneration)
and if you’re premium
4. Judex (Level 1) or Holy Stroke (Level 10) if you do not have Judex

Nemesis. Upgradable from Holy Stick. This is to reduce the cast time for TU & ME. However, there is a bonus on LUK which eventually for end game may require a stat reset. The stat reset will probably reduce DEX to a comfortable level and also add LUK with INT at 99. This, you’d have to test it on your own as it is highly dependent on your equipment. As for the items, you can go Mithri Robe to reduce cast time. At least that’s what I’m going for. I’m still experimenting but its going to take a lot of time and a lot more Zeny to test builds.

Hi thanks for sharing. I am thinking to get a slave priest. For levelling, with party, should I use lvl 1 holy spirit and the rest FS skill?
How do we set Heal skill to heal party members automatically? Often he heal himself only lol

Haha I had this problem when I was at my first Endless Tower. Here’s how you do it:
Your priest must tap on the portraits of the party member who needs heal and just press heal right after. You can set to Auto + Protect Party (Adventurer Skill) wiht ONLY Heal (maybe also Blessing) but the Heal this way will only activate when the party members’ HP is less than 70%.

This is super helpful for a complete and clueless newbie like me! Thank you so much haha. I wasn’t able to play the original RO on PC back then (my family was way too poor) so this game is my first RO experience.
I started a mage character two weeks ago and I somehow messed up with it since I got confused with stuff in game… I didn’t know that I was supposed to focus on farming zeny for equipment first, and so I just decided to create a new character and I settled on Acolyte/Priest.
I hope you can make a recommended equipment guide/builds for each class in the future! Cheap equipment builds for free to play users will be nice as well xD

Is safety wall not recommended for FS?

Its not really recommended as your job is to buff and heal up the party. Safety wall is probably more required fror the Battle Priests who will be receiving a lot of damage from bosses. Your sole job is to keep Sanctuary up, keep buffs up and not die. Safety wall is for Priests who did not add Sanctuary to keep their parties alive when they’re the only healers in the party. Just my opinion. Hope this clarifies things. đŸ™‚

Hi there~ About FS build, why Meditatio not recommended on High Priest skill guide? And why Heal only level 8? I myself found that on ET or MVP healing is more priority than buffing, so why Meditatio (+20% heal) and Heal skill not priority?
And why a lot of equipment recommendation for FS including Staunch Robe + Shoes set while most of FS skill has small CT? Is there any other set for robe and shoes that can increase survival?

Hello! Here’s my opinion:
Mana Recharge is a preference to Meditatio because you’ll be spamming a lot of Heals during encounters and you dont want to run out of SP. Of course there are buffs and potions that you can use. You may add Meditatio instead.
As for the equipment other people suggest, it is beyond me. But I’ve added a little section for equipments for FS priest that may help. The only thing that is again preference is the Armor and Cape as there are various needs depending on the type of FS priest you are. Hope this helps!

Hi TaTa thank you so much for this guide, it’s easy to follow and suit my play style. I have a question, right now i’m level 77 FS priest but i have some problem with my healing. My heal and my sanctuary effect doesn’t have a good amount. Oftenly my tanker teammate always died because my poor heal. Do you have any recommendations for me?

Weapon: Croce Staff +4.
Accessory: only Int earring +3,

I suggest adding Meditatio for more heals if you haven’t yet. Also, spam Kyrie Eleison on your tanker to be immune from damage for a little while as well as safety wall. This should help in survive. Your equipment definitely needs improvement. You can refer to the little section under FS priest about suggested equipment. Hope this helps!

I have an important question that I would like to ask. I’ve been trying to figure this out but I could not. So I’m currently farming Injustice with my Judex skill (2 hits to kill). However, 2-3 times out of 10 times, I witness that Jud damage does not resister to the mob while the amount of the damage from Jud literally shows above the mob. In other words, I can clearly see the damage of 50,020 above Injustice however his HP does not decrease, which I found it very odd and annoying. I have never experienced this with Dokebi(1 hit) but Injustice(2 hit). Can someone please explain this to me? This obviously affects my leveling a lot. Any advice would be greatly appreciate…!! Thank you.

Hi sean. Yeah this is a bug on the ROM side. Unfortunately theres a lag between when it animates on our side vs when it registers on the game side. Nothing we can do about it until they fix it. But that will require a lot of programming work. đŸ™‚ It happens to me too.

Hi there! LUK 99 because it increases the DMG for Judex as it is affected by LUK if you equip Nemesis.
You won’t die so easily when training / farming because of Kyrie Eleison and your casting time will be -3.2 seconds after equipping Staunch cape, Staunch shoes and have Level 3 on Suffragium.

Many ppls recommand: only set 1 point into jud

If you want to 1-hit Zipper Bears you should max our your Judex.
Here’s my suggestion: You can increase your Judex 1 by 1 skill point and test every dmg with Zipper Bear (or any mobs), then once you can 1 hit, you stop adding skills into Judex. Good luck!

Hi I would suggest doing a turn undead build. This is easiest to train with then slowly moving to Judex or Magnus Exorcismusv builds.

Hi, I was searching a better build for priest since I’m new in ROM then my friend recommended me your blog and I’d read it although I can’t understand some of this cause of familiarizing of words/equipment for this game can’t be done in one sitting. May I ask on your Judex build type, what particular job can I go through 70? I’m currently HP and my job always ends at 40 and i tried to level it up but it’s not adding exp anymore.

Hi there, it seems to me that you need to do a job breakthrough. You need to purchase Peak Shards from the guild and speak to the NPC (near the guild staircase, she looks like Kafra) to increase your max job level. Every time you hand in 9 peak shards, you get increased 3 max job levels.
To purchase Peak Shards, you will need either Silver Medals (from dailies), Nibelungen Shards (from completing Valhalla Ruins) or Gold Medals. Good Luck!

Ty for awesome guide. I just multi to ab. Atm lvl 160, but having difficulty to lvling in wasteland. Im using magical build coz my main is arcane master. so which skill should i use to farm here in wasteland? My shadow wave & magnus not able to 1hit. Any suggestion? Haha

I suggest getting adoramus for your progression. If your matk is not enough for magnus, change ur build to Adoramus. Scroll down my guide to my personal build and use the Dark Shadow Slaughter build. Along with the Spirit Tree skills, food and your equipments, you’ll be sure to 1HIT monsters at wasteland. Don’t forget guild prayers for Dark % modifiers. Good Luck!
