Hi. Any recommended base level to reach before switchin from richie rich to money maker?

I suggest when you hit Whitesmith job level 10, at least get Smith Master to level 10.
If you want to go earlier, I suggest Blacksmith job level 30, enough to max Smith Weapon, Weapon Research & Refine Expert, . The other 10 levels for Metal Research can be done slowly.

Yo, do i need a lot of zeny to start the process or can i have none and begin. If i do need zeny, how much do i need? What should I craft? Is there a guide I can see that tells me this?

You need some in the beginning. Especially to upgrade, slot and enchant, it will take time and money. The guide has been updated with equipments! 🙂

Do you mean this after breakthrough? Because before breakthrough Overthrust max level is 5. You also said Lvl 4 Skin Tempering, since you don’t suggest us to max our skin tempering to lv 5, so I still have 5 skill points left before breakthrough. Do you have any suggestion regarding this? or is it purely up to me? lol I am sorry I kinda overthink this since this is my first time handling P.Atk char.

Yes get to level 10 Overthrust after breakthrough. As for skin tempering, I meant to say “add extra 4 skill points into the skill”. Thanks for pointing this out. I have changed it to Lvl 5 Skin Tempering.
If you have 5 skill points before breakthrough, it truly is entirely up to you. I suggest switching it up to a Cart Revolution Battlesmith because it seems to me that you’ve progressed quite far. Then once you job change to Mechanic, switch again to the Mechanic build.
This will ensure that you have the optimum skills and damage without burning a hole in your pockets of zeny.
